Drinking saison Dupont now. What a really nice beer. Has anyone made a decent clone recipe...
What yeast do they use
Apparently it's wyeast 3724 / white labs 565. I agree, it's a great beer. When I first drank it it took a while to grow on me - it's quite subtle and the saisons I had been making most certainly weren't

I must give it a try, i have been using wyeast french saison 3711 recently with good results

The keg surprisingly hasn't kicked yet, but theres no way this isn't the last pint of my Sour Nelson Sauvin..... NEIPA.... Pale ale....

Something like that anyway. Likely I will be back to this style if not the exact same recipe. Have very much enjoyed my first dabble with Philly Sour and closed transfer of a big dry hopped beer. 3 weeks in it has held its colour and haze pretty well.

(Ginger cat available for colour comparison)
