In one of Oxford's oldest Irish pubs so should have had the Guinness really but settled on a Lagunitas IPA

I've had a couple of jars in the pub while youngest son was in the outdoor pool.,now back at the Holiday cabin. First..or third,is one of my turbo ciders 2019 vintage,I think! A thirst quencher on a hot day. Don't know how long I'll last as we've been up Haytor Tor and round a National Trust place,plus walked the dogs twice!

Someone brought a bottle of that up from Surrey for me seven years ago and I still use the bottle for my English bitters!

@pilgrimhudd Ernest X Pale Ale. This is an easy-drinking clean and crisp beer with a floral aroma and a nice grainy flavour. Poured with a good head that hung around and laced the glass. Nice job

What did you pay for the st bernardus ? I have one for later I paid £4.20 for it.
had a few lambics in Amsterdam and they are ‘interesting’ no yeast added just open fermented with what ever is flying around the brewery when they are being brewed

And my starter for 10 tonight is my Exmoor clone.
Bitter and hoppy with a smooth malty underlying body.
A good starter.

Managed to put my hazy pale in the fermentation fridge for a couple of hours so I can have a cold pint.

This is nice and soft with citra being the dominant hop.

Not sure what happened to the photo. Got a lot of glare

Have you tried a few breweries online shops? I like my camden town brewery glass, it would survive a nuclear bomb too.
