I paid 5.50 for a bottle of Rochefort 10 which I still have at home. This cost me 2.60 euro, hard to work out the pricing.

Yep and most of them are sub par, I'd stick with the traditional belgians.

Nice good job on the comp, I will go check it out to see the recipe. I always though hblanc would go well in a saison. Hopefully I can get back brewing now too. I just finished my last bottle of homebrew a few days ago.

Speaking of strange-steve has he been seen recently?

Unfortunately Steve has taken a break from the forum.
I am entering the Saison and a tripel into my first bjcp competition. It will be interesting to see how they score

A couple of beers this arvo, first off Welsh Archers Bitter clone. Followed by my Best Bitter which had the roasted malt instead of chocolate. Really enjoying this bitter with the roasted grain.

Having a little break from the gardening.

Last night I thought my kegged beer last night was a little warm. Plugged the kegerator into the inkbird and it won't go below 13.9c how annoying.

So slipped some cans in the house fridge. Luckily I had placed a CW order during their 25% sale. Starting with this nz pilsner. Hopped with Pacific jade. A nice beer on a hot day.

Any recommendation for a fridge that will fit 3 kegs

Disappointing, you wouldn't know it was Mosiac, very bland. I had the one they did for M&S and remember it was quite Mosaicy, shame. I was thinking of culturing the yeast if there was any at the bottom but don't think I'll bother now

Just finished all my chores including some shopping for tomorrow’s family day. One bonus from this, I went to LIDL for some Bratwursts (absolutely love a Bratwurst) and they had a section “It’s gone when it’s gone” were I found 660ml bottles of Punk for £2.40 - not sure what they normally cost but it seemed reasonable to me do I bought a couple.

Anyway, right now it’s time to relax before friends coming round. My latest English Bitter, very nice and went down well at last nights Homebrew Club.
