One from my local Vale brewery, been working about 2 minutes away this week !
Gravitas, had this on at our wedding many years ago - single hop Cascade pale ale, very moreish :beer1:

Had some time to kill, dropped by a local brewery enjoying a Italian pils, dry hopped with saaz, hallertau Blanc and Sapphire hops. It's quite impressive, drinkable like a great Czech pils with an amazing aroma. I need to brew more of these Italian and west coast pils.

That’s the Brewdog finished …

… and this is the Coopers IPA started.

Okay, so it’s a bit cloudy and tastes a bit metallic, but it’s “drinkable” for sure!!

Got the next batch on (Coopers English Bitter). The 2nd IPA keg was at 10*C and obviously needed a bit longer Cold Crashing but ….. I’ll do this next one properly!

Verdant Putty clone is nearly gone 😢, what a day for it though.

Getting ready to brew another NEIPA this weekend at 6.5% this time, hopped with simcoe, citra, mosaic, and a bit of cascade and amarillo.
