Have just finished building flatpack wardrobes, 3 hours my ar5e !!! A wee glass of porter.

It's blowing a hoolie out here, so a double pour to save trips to garage. Another porter and a wee sample of my IPA hopped with centennial, Chinook and citra that was Kegged last night.

Beer making day now finished (Burton Old Ale) so time to bless the brew with this Saison.

It's not as murky in reality as it looks in the picture but it's not meant to be that colour. Oxidised, probably, but it tastes alright so not fussed.

Last knockings from a barrel of Glasshouse hazy IPA, really nice , reckon another two pints left...just keep pouring....

Ohh I found that one vile. Salt has no place in a beer.

Totally disagree John - I think it adds to the flavour and sometimes the sweetness. Not loads though obvs!

First taste of a new Belgian Pale..yeast experiment..50/50 t-58 & CML Norsk. Lightly hopped with Adeena and Idaho Gem . Happy with the subtle Belgian yeast character.

My 'sort of inspired by original Hobgoblin' recipe - Shagfoal.

Too young to work out if it's any good. It has promise, but seems very bitter. A work in progress.

I just bottled a strong brown ale today. Haven’t had a brown ale in ages.

Went for a pint of stout but something is badly wrong with the tap as I’m getting a glass of foam and can hear it gurgling away. Some maintenance needed there in the morning.
so having a pint of the citra and simcoe pale that I swore I was going to leave for a few weeks to properly condition
