Enjoying a stout from @Brewnaldo which is pretty full on, lovely, and very dark stoutish (not sure that's a word) I've been trying to diet this week so the concept of C2H5OH in a stout is not great on an empty stomach, please disregard posts from me from the next few hours after this:

This is Czech amber lager from forum member Tess Tickle...
My "expert" opinion...its F'in super!
It's not got the carbonation I associate with lager but you say you had issues at bottling time with your bottling "thing "...not a problem for me...it opened with a fizz and is perfectly acceptable!
It's totally clear...beautiful!
Taste wise...crisp,spice/slight floral,lovely,subtle caramel malt.
It's very moreish...right in my type of beer!
Fair do's...you and your chap smashed it! I dunno if it's "to style" but it's definitely a very carefully made and very tasty beer!
Thank you both.

Aye yer about 10% on that one Anna

(You already know that, im just giving everyone else some context)

Well the last one wasn’t a full half, so I’m having this now. Probably last one tonight as we have a takeaway on the way.

I have something similar to this conditioning at the minute. If mine is as nice as this I’ll be happy with that.

Simcoe is a lovely hop. I’ve a citra and simcoe pale conditioning and had a small taster in the shed and it’s tasting great. Lots of grapefruit and citrus
