Just got home from a walk around Bedgebury Pinetum which is all lit up with Christmas lights. Purdy!

Now having a Medjuica to line my stomach before I crack on with the big fella.

You can taste alcohol but I’m not getting anything chemical tasting. Do you get the same from the smaller bottles? Have you had this beer before and was this bottle different?

Same bottle, haven't seen the small ones. Not had it before, probably just the bottle I had.

Brewdog advent calendar was Clockwork Tangerine. Quite nice as it isn't too orangey, but wouldn't want more than one. Do brewdog do any dark beers? They have all been a bit samey so far.

I enjoyed the novelty of the first sip but it quickly went south after that.

I like it that you share and taste beers. Mrs Clint don't like beer so I generally share them with myself. I get an occasional visitor but I think they more so like free beer than comparing and commenting on the carefully hand crafted artisan selection that I have on offer.

Thanks Clint. The eldest and his missus do the same. The youngest won't have anything to do with beer - he's an alcopop, vodka and cocktails man lol.

Perhaps Mrs Clint should get involved with your recipe writing and then she'd realise how addictive it is. I didn't like beer either at first, but that's because I'd never drunk anything decent. Perhaps train her with expensive stuff first so she gets the taste
