Thanks Clint. The eldest and his missus do the same. The youngest won't have anything to do with beer - he's a alcopop, vodka and cocktails man lol.

Perhaps Mrs Clint should get involved with your recipe writing and then she'd realise how addictive it is. I didn't like beer either at first, but that's because I'd never drunk anything decent. Perhaps train her with expensive stuff first so she gets the taste acheers. 😁

Edit: I've no idea why my second paragraph has 1.5 line spacing between it. It won't let me alter it. Really bugging me lol
Waste of time. She really don't like beer.

Changed my mind on the first for tonight.
Supposed to be a Homage to Golden Delicious brewed back in April, but with the alternative hops I had.
Boiled with Admiral and First Gold, last 10mins. with Saaz and Citra.
Turned out it's more Czech Budvar like in style.
Weird that, but nice!
I thought that when young in May, and it has only become more so now that it is mature.
A bit richer due to Maris Otter malt and the First Gold hops, but not massively so.
Main difference is the carbonation in bottled Budvar.
Going down nicely. 🍺

This is a Stonehouse NEIPA called Gunslinger. Very nice and am glad to see that it's not only my homebrew that has a ridiculous head. The name suggests the Wild Frontier but it comes from the sedate English/Welsh border town of Oswestry!View attachment 59160
Oswestry was like the wild west in the 80's...
