placed an order for a tapping head with this store and all seemed OK, order placed 11/11 arrived and cleared customs 16/11 then onto my local Evri depot 18/11 and now nothing.

Evri reluctantly spoke to me today 26/11, as I’m not the sender, and admitted it’s lost but Kegland Store wont replace or refund. They keep telling me to go to the post office and see if they have it 😂

Use them with caution, I don’t hold out much hope of getting the item or my £12 back.

If Evri have admitted that it's lost, then Kegland have to process a refund. If they don't, then just go through your bank with your evidence and file a chargeback claim.

No, really is Kegland. Bear in mind they're Australian, so easy to use Aliexpress.

I've had quite a few bits from them with no issues in the past although I just bought a hop bong via BKT because they were miles cheaper. In fact, nearly half the price in the black friday sale.

I had a similar experience with a lost item, cleared customs and vanished. Evri are still waiting for the item, 3 months later. It took 2 months from it going missing to getting a refund be persistent and message customer services 3-4 times a week they will give up eventually. Seems they work on the basis that the customer is never right and will give up first.

Ali Express covers your package I have had a couple of disputes and Ali Express got them sorted.

I use AE a lot (including the Kegland store from time to time) and never had an issue thankfully. Typically i buy small cheap parts that delivered prices are far cheaper than buying the same item in the UK. However normally for me its Royal Mail that brings me the items rather than Evri.

Open a dispute and Ali will process the refund if they agree with you whether the store likes it or not. You didn't get it so Ali will side with you.
