Just got back from mega food shopping so a well deserved bottle of my Kolsch Koln😊
 
Would you mind sharing the recipe please...

Scaled roughly as a third of the 23l recipe:
  • 1.5kg pale malt
  • 50g medium crystal
  • 50g chocolate
  • 42g torrified wheat
  • Golding to 18 ibu at boil (70 mins)
  • 1/2 quantity above of Golding at flame out
  • Recipe is Ringwood ale yeast.
  • 1049 to 1014.

Thanks very much and forgive my ignorance but what approx weight of Goldings would that require?
