Thanks very much and forgive my ignorance but what approx weight of Goldings would that require?Scaled roughly as a third of the 23l recipe:
- 1.5kg pale malt
- 50g medium crystal
- 50g chocolate
- 42g torrified wheat
- Golding to 18 ibu at boil (70 mins)
- 1/2 quantity above of Golding at flame out
- Recipe is Ringwood ale yeast.
- 1049 to 1014.
10g at 5.5% when scaled down with 5g at flame out....what approx weight of Goldings would that require?

Nice Belgian aroma, not too overpowering. Nice citrus aroma which follows through in the flavour. Nice spritzy carbonation..tasty IPA
