Another of my aged wines. This one is 10 months old. I didn’t think I liked this one very much. Now it’s aged though it’s like liquid toffee, so good! Will save the rest for Thursday when the DIL is here. Husband not a fan of this one but more for the girls!

I think I’ve settled on chicken in a mushroom sauce.

If you still have leftover ingredients, I could go for some brocc, chicken and mushroom quiche.

That's the same. If I recall correctly, 80 proof for something like whiskey means 40% ABV. We do non-liquor like beer and wine just like yours.

Yes, as I understand it, my wine would be 24-28% proof over there. Not entirely sure though lol
