The first of my Zappa NEIPA that I kegged on Tuesday. The flavour is there but I think it needs a little longer to mellow.

that is now on the list of buy. have never seen it anywhere though. sadly.

I‘m just hoping it’s not a one off (bought direct from the LHG website) but the downside I find with Verdant, LHG, Cloudwater etc, is a lot of their beers seem to be one off’s or brewed on a very ad-hoc basis.

Lots riding on this bottle - the yeast will be cultured up for this year's first batch of Saison. The process has begun...

Went for milk to the local small supermarket and seen this french triple 750ml for €6! At 8% it is very tasty does not taste like 8%!and as I am very thirsty after tiling the bathroom it may go down too quick

I’ve got a Pink Grapefruit IPA ready, a Cider conditioning, but I’m waiting for a few more weeks to build up a stash of a few more beers before I indulge in my own collection.
My bottle collecting continues. I’m drinking a lovely Belgian Style Wheat Beer tonight. It’s really nice. One of my favourites. Cheers everyone and happy Friday.
