It gives a lovely ruby colour without any other additions:thumb:

Just poured this. Not sure what it is as can't remember what I was told. It's a beer of Clibit. Tastes jolly good that I do know. Cheers!!

:shock: Clibit sent you beer? i pester him for recipes didnt no he sent beer out new i had been doing something wrong :lol:

Now on this rascal. My attempt at clibits sabbath recipe. Tastes good but stuck at 1020. So it's totally over carbed. That's 3 bottles worth rest just foam. Binned most of them. Kept a few. One exploded yesterday so just thought best dispose of rest via my mouth.

Steve, with all those beers, how do you keep track of them? Label, code?
I have issues with names.... Can't ever remember... But numbers I'm spot on. So on the caps I write my brew numbers, 001, 002 and so on. Then in my notes, the names I give them start with the numbers and then the name along with the recipe so I can reproduce them if they're a hit.
