Its something different isnt it Hops :thumb:

Definitely. If you don't try these things then you could be missing out on something great.

Out of interest, how do you manage to brew so often? Both your liver and other half must be quite forgiving!

Haha the other half was at work today and my liver:lol: i dont drink it all Hops i have seemed to of collected quite a stash but i also give quite a bit away :thumb:

All done and washed up OG 1.050:grin:

Might get to squeeze one more brew in this year if i can get up early enough as we have quite a few guests tomorrow night for the party of all partys

If nothing else at least i have plenty of fine ales to feed them:grin: and for the unworthy crates of fosters carling and stella, might hide the stella and only bring it out if someone asks for it

Know what you mean about the stash. Now I've discovered mini kegs, they need filling up as soon as possible as well. I'll worry about where to put them later.

So you over shot the OG again, did you check the grain weight?

So what you gonna brew?

Have not got a clue, i was going to look back through what i have brewed this year, was looking around on Jims and seen a Dark Star Hop Head Clone recipe that looked ok but it used 190g of Cascade, think i have only got 100g that was just a thought anyway.

I also have 100g of Summit Hops i have never used i dont think

So you want a hoppy pale? I'm a bit wary of Summit, think I'd use them for dry hopping, I think that's how I like them best, but not used them enough to be sure.
