Wow sky high efficiency!

If you got 1063 from that grain bill you hit 95% efficiency. Which I've never had.

Maybe take another hydrometer reading at pitching temperature.

Sounds like a good recipe. You tried those beers I gave you Clibit? Both taste good. The green top one is really nice and hoppy. The other one less so but is a nice drink. My dad loved it.

Not yet Bungle. Take it they are both ready then. I'll get stuck in.

I think they are ready. Nice chilled s bit but not too much as lost aroma and taste when left it in fridge. Sure they will get better but they are good to drink now id say. Well I've demolished a few already so creak on.

What were they Bungle

Challenger/first gold ale and a single hopped Nelson. The ones I posted in ' while the cats away ' thread. Both really nice and I reckon my best beers yet. You'd be proud of my hop quantities in the Nelson just short of 200g. Tastes rather good and smells great.

I dont think i have used Nelson yet but you are right im proud of you:lol:

My ales are certainly getting better and better with the help from Clibit, more and more of my hops are getting used as late additions now and i have had some great results, think its the way forward for myself

I just bought a little bottle in case people wanted one that have been round. No ones touched it. So thought I'd give it a go. Nice it is too.
