7% ABV based on 75% efficiency - but you got much higher last time.

About 40 IBUs.

Batch Size (L): 23.0
Original Gravity (OG): 1.071
Final Gravity (FG): 1.018
Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 6.98 %
Colour (SRM): 17.3 (EBC): 34.1
Bitterness (IBU): 39.3 (Average)
Brewhouse Efficiency (%): 75

6.000 kg Red X Malt (87.59%)
0.450 kg Wheat Malt (6.57%)
0.250 kg Munich UK (3.65%)
0.150 kg Crystal 30 EBC Pale (2.19%)

30.0 g Challenger Pellet (9.3% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes
20.0 g Challenger Pellet (9.3% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes
50.0 g Challenger Pellet (9.3% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes

:nono:

That changes the IBUs to 50, which I think is better for that OG.

Bitterness (IBU): 50.5 (Average)

20.0 g Admiral Pellet (14.5% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes
30.0 g Challenger Pellet (9.3% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes
20.0 g Challenger Pellet (9.3% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes
50.0 g Challenger Pellet (9.3% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes

No. Mine's the weakest beer I've ever made, a mild. Steve's is about 7%, a red!
