That's quite a lot of sugar for one packet of yeast, but what was the OG? And if it IS Mauribrew, that's a pretty fearless yeast. It goes where Munton's yeasts fear to tread. :thumb:

The OG? god nos :grin: i made a starter but also had half a packet of 05, thought about that last night :thumb:

6.000 kg Maris Otter Malt (95.09%)
0.275 kg Crystal 30 EBC (4.36%)
0.050 kg Black Patent (0.55%)

35.0 g Cluster Leaf (9% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
20.0 g Centennial Leaf (9.5% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes
30.0 g Centennial Leaf (9.5% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes
50.0 g Centennial Leaf (9.5% Alpha) @ 0 (Steep for 30 mins at 80C)

5.5 g Irish Moss @ 15 Minutes (Boil)

Mash at 67°C for 60 Minutes.
Ferment at 18-20°C with Safale US-05

It certainly does not Clibit :lol: and its all down to your very kind help:grin:
