awesome! my kind of beer 200g hops per 20-22 litres of beer whats not to like:hmm:

oh yes, the hop bill:-?

still you only live once (unlesss you're shanti devi!) so why go easy on the little green wonders:twisted:

Have you received the beer i sent you Dad?

Yes its 320g on this batch i do get carried away but that is it for this one as my hop bill is starting to match than my base malt bill:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Thinking about brewing to day and using up some Munich Malt i have, also the hop choice will be Citra and the Yeast will be Gozdawa Ale Yeast 7, anyone got any thoughts ?

What is that yeast?

Got it off Ebay Bungle a few weeks ago thought id give it a punt as it was only pennies this is what i found on the web about it

Temp ranges are 16>32c instructions very vague as not in english, this is what ive found on the internet so far

15 up to 18 ºC; gives a flavour profile for typical West Coast beers
20 up to 22 ºC; gives a flavour profile such as Nottingham
24 up to 26 ºC; gives a flavour profile such as T-58

I wouldn't be surprised if it is Mauribrew ale 4east re packaged. A good yeast.

Why not use Bungle's recipe and switch the hops? You could maybe take the crystal out and increase the Munich.
