Hi All
Brew day tomorrow. This is the one I've been working towards for ages........
Just going to weigh my grains out and make sure all my gear is clean, I want to get an early start on this
5100g Pale Malt
180g Vienna Malt
Amarillo 6g @ 75 mins from end of boil
Centennial 14g @ 75 mins from end of boil
Chinook 8g @ 75 mins from end of boil
Amarillo 6g @ 45 mins from end of boil
Centennial 13g @ 45 mins from end of boil
Chinook 7g @ 45 mins from end of boil
Amarillo 32g @ Flameout 30 mins steep
Centennial 43g @ Flameout 30 mins steep
Chinook 43g @ Flameout 30 mins steep
23l target O.G. 1.055
EBU 55
2 Packets of Nottingham yeast
I was hesitant about using Nottingham for this until I discovered that Sara herself used it. That combined with the fact that Good Ed has done this brew a few times and he's more than happy with the results.
I just hope I can do it justice
Cheers Tom
