Hi here's the recipe for my next beer any advice on anything I should add or take away? As sometimes I miss the obvious.
5250g Maris otter
300g caramalt
500g flaked oats
15g each of galaxy, mosaic and citra at 10 min
75g each of galaxy, mosaic and citra at 0 min
60g each of galaxy, mosaic and citra dry hop for 5 days.
Brewed BIAB with 2 packs of crossmyloof us pale ale yeast.

What literage is the brew, why two packs of yeast? and as per Simon's reply,no bittering!

I've been using 2 to make sure they're ok. Got good results with it and they're cheap. The above 10 min additions get me 21ibu but in reality I'll probably get more from the flameout hops too. It'll be around 25l. I'm trying without bittering hops as an experiment as some beers I've tried recently use this method for a smoother bitterness, I think stone everyday IPA and cloudwater do this. May or may not work.
I'm hoping for a juice bomb of an ipa

Sorry, don't see any point in slinging in two packs of yeast. Just put one in and post the other off to me,ta:thumb:

Thanks beercat. Do you think I need to add a small amount of wheat? I don't usually like wheat in beer but I had a cloudwater at weekend and it was amazing and I believe that has wheat in it

Personally I would want at least 35+ IBUs and wouldn't bother with wheat, but thats my preference go with what you think you like.

Looks like a NEIPA but with a West Coast yeast - should be very nice.
You'll definitely get some bitterness / perceived bitterness from the large flame out addition and for what its worth I'd use 2 packs of yeast in it..
