Hi here's the recipe for my next beer any advice on anything I should add or take away? As sometimes I miss the obvious.
5250g Maris otter
300g caramalt
500g flaked oats
15g each of galaxy,mosaic and citra at 10 min
75g each of galaxy,mosaic and citra at 0 min
60g each of galaxy, mosaic and citra dry hop for 5 days.
Brewed BIAB with 2 packs of crossmyloof us pale ale yeast.
