    Conditioning beer in Cornie kegs

I don't tend to find this at all. My beers are always decent straight away in the cornie. I don't tend to bottle much but much prefer kegged beer!

Tried it when I kegged it last week. Was very very fruity/citrusy! Not currently got this in the kegerator so not sure on how it will taste fully yet. I've got 3 bottles of this for the NCB comp so hopefully it will be a cracker!

    AG#1 in my sights...

If your confident then just do it! I went AG after doing kits for about 8 months! GW book is great and has some cracking recipes! Have a read through the AG how to in the how to section, its very useful!

Good stuff! Had mine in the bottle for a week now so should be well ready for the comp! My first ever comp entry though so not expecting much and looking forward to getting some feedback!

how does your significant other feel about your home brew

My other half loves it! Drinks it as much as me and appreciates the fact it's prob better than most pub beer! She even suggests styles that she wants to drink! Looks like I'm in the minority tho!

How much gas to put in my beer

Ideally you want to chill your kegs down to between 8-12c then gas to about 5 psi and leave for a week! Should turn out great. This I what I do and have perfect beer every time!

Kegged and bottled this last week. FG was 1.005, giving me 6.8%! US-05 really went to work on this one! Taste was very very fruity! Looking forward to trying this in a few weeks!

    Yeast Nutrient

Never tried it to be honest but I've seen a few posts in the last couple of weeks from members who have used it with good results! I never really have any problems getting to my required FG so don't think I'd us it myself unless I was doing a high ABV brew.
