Hi, my name is Craig and I have been home brewing for quite a few years, mainly using kits for beer and anything I can get my hands on for wine! My intention, for the future, is to brew beers and ales from scratch once I have begged, built or acquired the necessary equipment to be able to do so. Happy brewing !! :drink:
