Evening Gents/Ladies.

I'm Matt I've brewed one Cab Sav in my 23 years of life but looking to ramp up significantly now. I've got a vague idea about brewing wine/beer but I would love to learn a lot more.
I'm looking at making a Turbo Cider & a Hard Lemonade in the next few weeks, possibly a dry white.

Any help would be very much appreciated & if I can help (how I'm not sure) ill be happy to help!
