    Bottled today,OG 11.00 SG 10.23 which gives me 10.1 ABV if the calculator is correct. Tasted very much like Old Tom but look forward to trying it after it has conditioned for a month or so, could be a nice Christmas beer. That's all my kit beers gone now and look forward to setting up my AG kit...

    Pig slaughtering not a problem if you have a 12 bore shotgun, a good very sharp knife and plenty of boiling water to get the hair off.

    Been reading about an imperial stout using similar cans and want to give it a go. As well as moving soon I want to get it all done as soon as possible and I am limited with space for more than one FV at the moment and a lack of bottles.
