Only trouble is I bottled it in 500ml bottles so will have to be careful.!!!

Bottled today,OG 11.00 SG 10.23 which gives me 10.1 ABV if the calculator is correct. Tasted very much like Old Tom but look forward to trying it after it has conditioned for a month or so, could be a nice Christmas beer. That's all my kit beers gone now and look forward to setting up my AG kit...

Still in FV at the moment ,I'm away for the weekend and back on Monday so can update you then. Can't remember OG, but it started off like a volcano.

Pig slaughtering not a problem if you have a 12 bore shotgun, a good very sharp knife and plenty of boiling water to get the hair off.

Would be interested in a tour but haven't got 10 people that would want to go so if anyone would like to make up a full party it would be a great stepping stone for a south Wales get together.

Hope the tour went well, didn't realise I had a brewery do close to me, just googled and it sounds great, did you manage to try the FUBAR? Was it an organised tour or did you just pop in? Would love to have a look and look forward to your report if your in any state to type it up.
