Hi, have just discovered home brew and I love it!!!! The only thing is my mother in law is quite worried as my conservatory looks like a brewery lol!!!!! Loving reading the guides and have been reading the forum for a while, you have given me loads of tips :

Wait until they start drinking it. My in-laws aren't bothered how much I make because she likes the wines and he likes the beers.

It was interesting to note though that when they visited a few weeks back (and stayed for a long weekend because they were down from North Wales) that when we cooked a roast, Father-in-law had brought and opened a Cabernet Sauvignon, I opened a blackberry & elderberry, he finished my bottle and the CabSauv was left almost untouched :lol:
