Just joined the forum, looks like a great place to swop brew banter and recipes.
Had a dabble in the late 80's with winemaking but made a serious return to it in 2010 and havn't stopped since.
At the moment i've got about 30 gallons on the go, my bulk wine this season is blackberry but i've got wimberry, sloe and blackberry, chocolate mint, sultana/raisin and a couple of fruit juice WOW types bubbling away, I havn't had any complete disasters so far but have managed to produce a few gum receeding toe curlers including 5 gallons of an experimental strawberry ribena wine which was super sweet and no fun at all.
