    To be honest its all pretty Largery: URSUS, CIAC & Silva - all lagers produced by the likes of Saabmiller and hineken Silva do a strong dark in the winter - nothing to write home about. If you are out for a boozy experience, keep your eyes out for polenka its a sort of hardcore apricot brandy.

    for that price you are better off buying a stc1000 and all the fittings, i believe there are controllers that will do up to 40 amp straight out of the box

    Lots of people used to use Ali. when Ali. was cheaper than stainless. you have to wach for differential corrosion (ali. rust) when using things like steel/copper for fittings like taps and hop stoppers, other than that - go for it.
