Hi all

Just wondering what I can use to allow for quick disconnect between the hlt, mt and boiler to the pump. I like the camlocks but can't justify the expense at the minuet so I'm planning to use a bit of copper 15mm pipe and jubiolee clip on tyhe silicone hose and an olive and nut to screw onto the ball valves fixed on the tanks but worry that if screwede hand tight might leak and don't want have mess around tightening with spanners each time I want change the connection so any ideas what I can use ideally with links please of where I can source some cheaper alternitives to camlocks.

Thanks
Andy

1/2" BSP to 15mm Copper tube End Feed Tap Connectors (Straight and Bent) with O rings instead of Fibre washers make great Poor Mans Disconnects . . . And Vossys Hose Push Fits quite snuggly over them

Thanks Aleman, that is my current plan, basically 15mm copper pipe with Vossey hose on one end and 15mm comression fit on the other to screw onto male end of ball valve that is fixed to the pots, just wondered if there was a better way?

Thanks guys I've looked at the geka style fittings not sure if they do the ones I need, I need 1/2" female (that be screwed into the ball valve on the pot and left in stitue) to the coupler with the hose on the other end.
Would I need the Geka Hose End Coupling to go on end of hose to the Geka Female BSP Coupling the female socket screwed into ball valve just not sure how the geka fittings work as that would look like it leaves the black washers facing each other is that right if so how do they lock together>?

Thanks
Andy
