Started two gallons of raspberry wine today, its fermenting very fast at the mo :thumb:
and i have to barrel a EDME lager tonight. :grin:

Original Chardonnay kit down to last couple of bottles :whistle:
TC #1 just started drinking - going down very well a gallon dosent go far!
TC #2 just bottled so Ill give it a couple more weeks.
WOW #1 filtered and looking good - will bottle in the next few days

both likley to need at least a couple more weeks from the taste of them.
WOW #3 still bubbling but quietning down now
TC #3 about half way through fermentation
just started today Californian Riocha and Zinzanfel Blush
may even get ahead of what Im drinking
