ive got:
22 litres of notveryporterish (dark ale)
6l tom caxtons dark real ale
9x500ml breferm abbey
4x500ml samsons newkie brown
3x500ml coopers dark real ale
1x500ml coopers blande ale
2 litres apple & blackberry cider
5 litres apple, raspberry & cranberry cider
5 litres kilju

an empty fv :( and 5l tc waiting to get started :D

seems a fair amount just for me :D
 
Mmmm this has just reminded me that my corny of IPA is now 5 months old, I think it's time for a monthly taste.. :drink:
 
40 litres of Belgian pale ale
40 litres of RyePA
10 litres of barley wine

I then have a Belgian Blonde and a Belgian Golden Strong planned. After that it will be Saison season for me...

only been brewing 2 months or so ;)

Bottled and Aging:
-American Barleywine
-English IPA
-English Old Ale dosed with Brettanomyces (experimental)
-Scottish Wee Heavy
-Belgian Dark Strong

In secondary aging:
-Dry Mead
-Belgian Tripel
 
Got a batch of, errr, something in secondary.
It is nameless and no idea what it'll be like. Its probably most like a hoppier scottish 80/ipa/something.
 
DJ of blackberry made 09. (maybe 08 :eek: )
Several bottles of blackberry made 09 for cooking with. (Different to the DJ above)
Several bottles of mead made Dec 09.
DJ of spiced mead made June 10.
Several bottles of redcurrant made July 10.
DJ high alcohol mead made Dec 10.
DJ high alcohol raspberry mead presently fermenting.
 
Just bottled 4 gallon Apricot, 2 gallon Rhubarb (from garden :D ) and 1 gallon Cranberry. I have 2 gallon Raspberry clearing and have just put on 2 gallon WOW and another 2 gallon Cranberry :cheers: Also putting on 1 gallon Rhubarb tommorrow ( in process of freeze/thaw extraction method :thumb: )

That leaves me three empty DJ`s to fill by the end of week :lol:

Lots of beer ready and nothing in the fermenter (till weekend ;) )

Just started out and think I am seriously under equiped!
1gal WOW
1Gal Youngs chardonay

starting this weekend gooseberry my first real fruit - popping the cherries :drunk:
 
Bit new to this malarky, but got 1 WoW clearing. 1 Youngs strawberry clearing. 1 Easy White and 1 Easy Rose in final stages of fermenting, 1 homemade strawberry about 1/2 way through fermentation, 100% grape juice concoction somewhere in late stages of fermentation, 1 cherry wine still on lively stage and 1 Cherry Cider (50/50 apple juice/strained cherries) slowing away. All in 1 Gal Demis.

Maturing is some Youngs Cabernet and 1st WoW, plus about 25 bottles of various forms of Turbo Cider.

Going to kick of a Youngs lager (first attempt at larger so going cheap and cheerful), plus got a Coopers Aussie kit coming plus some Beaverdale wine kits (wanted something easy to kick off when I go on hols).

How addictive is this brewing/fermenting business! I can't beleive how much kit I've amassed in such a short time.
