A Georgian wine I bought this on a whim in M&S and it makes for a rather nice red (having with beef burgers) making for a very pleasant and mellow Saturday.

Evening all, saw this in the local farm shop so thought I’d give it a try. It was a tad too cold at first but now it’s warmed up the flavours are coming out. I shall be buying this again as it’s a very nice drop.

Now version 4 of 6 of the Best Bitter in a glass. The yeast is WY 1187 Ringwood Ale, which is a typical English ale yeast.

Trooper was one of the first beers i tried when i was looking for something to replace lager many years ago due to gout its been so long since I've had one its now called Trooper original and they have dropped the Iron Maiden reference, the bottom bottle was the one i used to buy.

Well we finally moved house yesterday. Sat amongst boxes, but I have located a couple of bottles.

First sample of an APA I brewed about a month ago. Citra and Amarillo and it’s great, but I’ll maybe up the bitterness a touch next time..
