Badger Master Stoat back in my local *Tesco after a few weeks absence so starting with that then onto an Old Peculier, a great start to the evening.

First official tasting of my 2nd attempt at Camden Pale Ale c/o KegThat.Com.
SWMBOd says it is amber, henceforth it shall be.
All due to it being dark, not pale Munich malt I used.
My ordering fault, not their's.
More richly hoppy and mouthfeel than #1 due to a more mineralised water profile used.
Tasty, I like.

Well since it has left me sober I suppose I better have a glass of Highland Park to correct that (and to horrify Whisky fans yes I am drinking it over ice.

Just having my last 660ml bottle of Birra Moretti (unfiltered) Tesco club card 3 for £6 . Not my favourite lager but noticeably different to regular Moretti. Definitely more hop aroma and flavour.
And a lot better than this YouTube review

I love my whiskey over ice as it helps tease out the flavours as it melts. But a big cube is a must as you don’t want to dilute it too much

This is very nice. A bit on the strong side for the 1st (and 2nd) drink of the night but it’s dry and full flavoured so I’m enjoying it.
