A very slight umami aroma, but now I've smelt it, I can't get it out of my head

I have one of those to try at the weekend
My first all-grain stout, (many years ago) was fermented with yeast harvested from Guinness original bottle conditioned.Wouldn't it be nice to harvest yeast from all of our favourite tipples.
What is it? Looking good
Munich Dunkel. It might be a bit light in colour for the judges. I went 100% Munich I and relied on a double decoction for colour and flavour. Next time round I think I’ll just bung in some chocolate and melanoidin and shave an hour and a bit off the brew dayWhat is it? Looking good
