This is better now it’s had a couple of week’s conditioning. My Saison with Sorachi hops, last time added coriander and orange peel and it wasn’t for me. Let it do its thing re fermentation and then held at a higher temperature. This has a lot more orange and spicy notes, so no need for additives, let the yeast do its thing. Just needs a bit of time to clear up now.

Bristol is a great place for a night out, was down there a couple of weeks ago, just to jump off a crane unfortunately rather than a proper night out though lol!
