I really like it..got the euro hop spicy/floral feel but more citrus than most. I like it in a Belgian pale but going to give it a go in dry hopped lager on its own

Is that the original Dupont or a different version? Never seen that label. Got to get a few saisons on used Wyeast Farmhouseast time but prefer the Wyeast Dupont strain

I have been thinking to build up the yeast from one of these bottles.

Although I have not had 3711 before but the dry french yeasts we're a little too peppery for my tastes.
