I have been thinking to build up the yeast from one of these bottles.

Although I have not had 3711 before but the dry french yeasts we're a little too peppery for my tastes.

I have never used the Du pont strain. I might give it a go

Is that the original Dupont or a different version? Never seen that label. Got to get a few saisons on used Wyeast Farmhouseast time but prefer the Wyeast Dupont strain

I think it's the original, we probably get an Americanized version of the label over here. I'll check though.

Edit looks like the original, at least the Abv of 6.5%

Is it Tribute, no, is it a very nice light easy drinking session beer, absolutely (which is a relief I’ve got 19L of it and nothing worse than having to pour that much beer down the drain). Cheers all
