Been bottling today too and it's a right pain having to open the kegerator door and swap the beer line for one that's joined to the Boel iTap. I'll be getting one of those when they come back in stock.

It was lovely that one but it also had a huge banana flavour that probably wasn't supposed to be there. It reminded me of my favourite banana stout from them, so I'm wondering if they have a problem with isoamyl acetate in some of their beers?

Old Empire IPA after a brew day. Feel happier now from having nothing a few weeks ago, I’ve got 2 in the keg, 1 fermenting plus today’s brew.

Wow. Respect with that one, that is how a beer should look clear bright nice head. Well done cobber.

14 days exactly in the King Keg, not clear (due to a spear I reckon) but very nice bitter, hope it clears for Christmas day. And the Coopers yeast is procreating nicely but I think it will be after Christmas and two more builds before I can make my Coopers Sparkling.

A simple Pale Ale using up some Winter Wheat, not bad should have gone heavier on the hops. I have put the antique watch there in case 531Man wants to make a bid. It is a Cortebert Automatic 21 Jewels
