I'm drinking home-made cider this evening as we had a bumper apple crop last year. I have already made 20 gallons and have enough apples in the freezer for another 20.

Last years gimp mask from Otterbank brewing and blending. This was nice last year but it’s even better this year. 12.5% and as smooth as silk. The Brett has mellowed and it’s more whiskey stout than anything else. Beautiful beer.
