This is the last bottle of the Oktoberfest haul we got. Really enjoyed them all and will try to remember to do the same next year.

Picked a 4 pack of these up today in Lidl and they are that nice I’ve had 3 already. 7.5% malty and a lovely sweet caramel and chocolate back bone. Never seen this before but worth £8 for 4.

My latest brew, pale hopped with Mosiac, Citra and Centennial. 4.3% . Hop choice was inspired by Track's Sonoma pale. This is probably a little drier as used a kolsch yeast

Drinking a nice Rebel Porter kindle provided by @Caramel Ox as a bonus beer with the Imp Stout swap. This was a little lively opening but poured ok. Lovely porter smell and great taste. Good hit of roasted grains on the pallet. Thanks for sharing , lovely brew.

Ending the weekend like I started it with a big bold beer. 11.9% ba stout. A true gem. The words “stouts out” on the last pic have a special meaning to people from Derry and not everyone will get it but it makes me laugh
