Sounds like my Friday night chippy. Have to listen to my wife and 4 daughters telling me they all woke me at different times to go to bed. Sick telling them to leave me and I will go when I’m ready not when I’m sleeping

After the disappointing dipa I craved some alcohol heat. So out came the old favourite that the wife picked up for me.

‘I hear you like IPA’ was a perfect celebration of C-hops. The Cold IPA was Simcoe cat pi55 overload, which is a shame, it’s the beer on the menu I was most excited about.

Last of the night..Amber is as clear as I hoped now.....look @Alastair70 Mr crystal it's only taken 45 days to get this clear..

Same as yesterday with the cheese ploughman’s banjo and Munich Helles, only I hope I took a better picture! It’s a glorious 19C today and my brewshed cooling actually came on for a couple of minutes for the first time this year.

More of the Helles (I may need a bigger glass ). It’s almost clear now but does still have a touch of chill haze.

Weissbier made with the Greg Hughes recipe and fermented with WHC Banana Split, and it’s just the way I liked it, I purposely fermented this rather high as this is meant to bring out the banana esters which I love, and it seems to have worked as you get a nice hit of banana, fairly minimal bitterness, very easy to drink and well I will probably be drinking it for the rest of the night.
