I like this. A good supermarket stout. I have two in the garage, might pull one out for tomorrowThe head didn't last very long on this and not overly impressed with the the the nitro aspect, but it's OK I guess.

Maybe start lower, build to higher carb, decide which you prefer?I kegged up the dark mild and sort of overfilled the keg so I am drinking some to make room for the CO2 to carbonate. This is an interesting mix of a mild with some light phenolics. It's very smooth and drinkable. The question is do I carbonate to mild levels or Belgian levels?

Sounds nice, where did you get it?17.3% but thankfully sharing a bottle. Helluva beer - thick, oily texture; chocolate, sour cherry. Very tasty to be fair.
