Just having a English IPA with Tropical England hops and Harlequin, well impressed its not as strong as a American but its getting there.
I got orange with Rhubarb and Strawberry.
The wife got Rhubarb and Gooseberry either way its a winner for English hops and would also make a brilliant pale too

It’s finally drop proper clear. I used CML Five for the first time on this brew, and I’m not loving it to be honest. I’ve already decided I’m going back to San Diego Super for the next iteration; rapid fermenter, finishes dry, promotes hop expression and drops like a stone. Have I said I was a big WLP090 fan before

Having another Time Hops, Simcoe DIPA this time. Another fantastic beer from Siren and everything a DIPA should be. The Simcoe is piney, resinous and the bitterness is proper high. It’s a big beer that hides the 8% ABV completely.
