Thought I would try this as the weather has cooled down.
Kept in the garage, my cask Mongrel Ale.
A melange of 5 brews made between Aug. and Dec. '21.
How can this still be so good now?
It would seem that my Heath-Robinson attempts to combine them aseptically worked, ridiculous as it may sound but true.
Oh, and the stupid amount of bittering hops might have a hand in it.
After all, that's how real IPA got to India from Burton-on-Trent in the first place, I suppose.

Don’t know I was in Charlestown just having a quick beer whilst SWMBO looked in a couple of shops before catching the bus back and it was on tap so gave it a try.

First off pics from Interlaken area on our Swiss, French, Belgian holiday last week. All these beers were pants :( and I'd advise you have wine instead....

Next up beers that were good.....

I had to get some Swiss supermarket beers on arrival Tuesday afternoon as the barrel brewing taphouse is closed Mon-Tue, but had a good few in there on Wednesday, on Thursday we went to "Platform 3" where we had a punchy fondue and a schnieder & an egger weissbier both good. The Kasteel rouge and brooklyn east ipa were in Troyes and we also had a few in le drop kick from licorn brasserie. Mrs was steaming - literally it was about 33c so not sure if I have photos of those beers she'd allow me to publish :laugh8:. I also had 2 530ml glasses of tripel k in namur as they filled the glass way past the 30cl mark - only 4.5 euros 😍 each.
