Enjoying it? I couldn't get on with it but don't much like banana so probably not the best judge. Imperial Kirsch is a stunning beer though, perhaps one of the best supermarket beers there's ever been.

@samale tripel, this is a beauty. Good clarity, big thick head. Orangey, then spicy aroma, little to no malt. Flavours, spicy, citrus, quite bitter from the yeast phenols. Medium to light bodies, a dry finish. Really enjoying it, probably one of yours that I've enjoyed the most.

Never tried the style or indeed this beer. A schwarzbier with hallertau mittkefruh,tettnang and mosaic. Not bad.

Just kegged my CML Māori Mingle (an IPA) and sampling the dregs from the fermentor. Despite being warm it is very pleasant I fermented it with CML Hornindial Kveik so plan to cool it down force carb it and try it again tomorror.

yep, this is my favourite and I have it pretty often. I’ve never had the kirsch one.

The preponderance of cricket, clerical and outdated English society references in UK cryptics still makes it hard for an Irishman who hasn’t been to church in 35+ years to keep up sometimes. I rely a lot on the wordplay.
My eldest son is a massive fan of US style crosswords with the blend of straight, mildly cryptic and downright clever witty clues they contain. Thats the internet influence coming through.
