This is it, the 10% Tripel IPA. It’s really thick and mightily hoppy like some kind of hop liqueur!! I just offered my wife a taste - Hmmm, not bad

Starting with a weizenbock from @Alastair70

Not an expert on this style, think I had a couple in Germany and a German bar in Glasgow.

This is really nice, dark as the night. Easy drinking, thin head that dispersed after a short while. A cherry fruit like flavour with a hint of sweetness

It is very sweet so unless you like a liqueur you might find it a bit cloying. What were you not happy about?

Funny I bought a box of the life and death ipa 330ml cans and the first 4 or 5 poured the same. I really wasn’t happy as I feel it affected the taste but the last few poured perfect.

Now that is a very, very, pale ale.

Not a bad drop this, perhaps a bit on the light side for a Belgian beer but it has the typical white fluffy head of a blonde Belgian just a bit light in flavour

The gloves are 'drying' from boot Nikwax.
I didn't have any other proofing leather feed left.
Still a bit tacky!
With any luck and a fair wind, they will be pressed into service in Andorra on Monday.

Very early try of my latest porter. Nice mouthful feel, carbonation spot on but lacks a bit of head retention. Flavours need time to condition. Over all it's a good start. This should be good for next month's competition

I have had a few like that from vocation and each time they send a 4 pack. It's worth complaining .
