Now there's a thought. Someone bought me a 19 crimes red aged in rum barrels that sounds interesting and not as bloating as beer.
Did you do a dry day yesterday ?
I had a few to keep the monsters away. Slow cooked beef cheek's earlier In castle Street social. Some spot 👌

Very easily swayed these days.
Have never been a fan of castle street social. Too pretentious for me. 😏

I’m sitting on a secret Santa beer and a couple of guest brews, but it’s been a funny sort of day that unexpectedly involved beer, cocktails and wine this evening. I’ll leave those until my palate is fresher. So I’m having a ‘2 Llamas’ instead and half considering switching it into my National Homebrew Comp entry. It’s just a little heavy handed on the malt side but I’m liking that.

It's a style that's wide open. My last attempt was really good but I think it could have more malt. I also added over 200g of hops which to me is pushing into red IPA category

There’s 125g in this one, and BU:GU is only 0.7. I think I’ve stayed on the right side of Red IPA territory.
