The only homebrew I've got left at the moment;

Mild! It's lovely and fruity this one, due to the home made #3 invert (golden syrup with black strap)

2nd of the @Tanglefoot two. This time an APA with Mosiac, Citra and Cascade.

On opening a hefty waft of cascade (love it), again well carbed, decent head lasting half the glass. Aroma, for me all cascade which is great but think it dominates of the three. Tastewise, different, mosiac is the one I get most of and I have to admit Mosiac isnt my favourite, just personal taste. But.. it's well bittered, flavoursome, medium to light bodied, thirst quenching after a tough bedtime. And I've enjoyed it, even though the Mosiac isnt to my taste. Thanks for sharing mate, two lovely beers.

Little cloudwater beer..smells lovely, doesn't come across as strong in flavour but a very nice crisp pale all the sameView attachment 62105View attachment 62106

A nelson sauvin smash was my first ever brew, I really ought to use it again some time. I found it a bit too winey (when young) but it turned into a lovely beer 3-4 months down the line.

Incidentally, I really like the idea of the grease pencil. It's fast I imagine. I do a tiny round sticker on top of the flip top for ID at the moment. Does the writing wash off easily? If so, that would clinch it for using that for labeling.

I find them great, you have to let them dry a bit before handling afterwards but once dry they are pretty good. I use a wire brush under the tap to get them off the bottle, just takes a couple of scrubs and it's off.

Looks like we have a winner. Appreciate it.
I've seen them used over and over and it never occurred to me to get on board.
