From a local brewery tonight,

Nice bright beer bag-in-box, session pale

Bit of a mind f-k white stout, looks like a pale ale / tastes like coffee. Ok but feels gimmicky and not that great Tbh. At least there's no lactose in it!

One of my favourite styles to brew and drink. This is really good, light and dry, nice peppery aroma and taste. Nice bitterness, really enjoyable beer

SMPH makes other IBU calculators predictions seem bland.

It really does, I think the boil temp variable makes the biggest impact for me.

Although I am still surprised by the 50ibu rating in the smph model returns 156ibu per tinseth as I am building the recipe. It's shocking how different they are.

No, just a regular nitro stout taking it’s time to settle.

They aren't so far apart using his Tinseth method, especially around the mid range IBU

Exmoor gold nearing the end of the keg. Kegged in May so has lost freshness but still drinkable.
